1. Eligibility
   The rewards program is open to individual clients who make purchases or services at Kinetic Auto Service Regina. Businesses, fleets, or accounts with special pricing are not eligible.
2. Earning Points
   Clients earn points for eligible invoices (on qualifying purchases of parts and labour) at Kinetic Auto Service Regina. Points are calculated based on the amount spent after taxes, and after discounts. Points may not be earned on gift card purchases, returns, or warranties. Bonus points may take up to 2 business days to appear on your account.
3. Redeeming Points
   Points will be redeemed for discounts/rewards as outlined by Kinetic Auto Service Regina. Minimum redemption amount & point value (e.g., 10,00 points = $10 off) will be posted in-store and on this website. Redemption rates and eligible rewards may change at any time without notice. You must request to redeem pointsbefore your invoice is paid. Redemptions cannot be applied to past invoices.
4. Points Expiry
   Points with Kinetic Auto Service Regina do not expire.
5. Non-Transferable
   Points cannot be transferred between clients, exchanged for cash, or sold. Points have no cash value and cannot be credited to an account. Points are personal to your account, but can be used on multiple vehicles. They cannot be combined with or transferred to another client.
6. Program Changes
   Kinetic Auto Service Regina reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the rewards program at any time without prior notice. We may change these terms, the way points are earned or redeemed, or the rewards offered at any time, with or without notice.
7. Errors and Adjustments
   Kinetic Auto Service Regina may correct point balances in the event of system errors, or misuse of the program. We may suspend or close any rewards account and cancel points if fraud is suspected.
8. Privacy
   Client information collected for the rewards program will be used only for program administration and will follow Kinetic Auto Service Regina’s privacy policy. We collect and use your personal information (name, e-mail & phone number) to operate the rewards program, provide service & appointment reminders, and send offers.

  By joining or using this rewards program, you agree to these terms and any future updates. By enrolling in or using the Kinetic Auto Service Regina Momentum Rewards Program, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as updated from time to time. The version of these Terms & Conditions posted on this website is the most current and replaces all previous versions.
