This was my first visit to Kinetic Auto Service, but it won't be my last. It was time to do an oil change on my Honda van. I also wanted to check a few other items. I was greeted by customer service rep Crystal, who was terrific. She indicated Kinetic would do a thorough inspection of my vehicle. I fully expected they would find some issues. I must mention I brought my van in the evening before service as they have a very handy key drop. The key drop also acts as key drop in return if you cannot pick up your vehicle during regular office hours after the work has been completed. Very handy. I was informed of the work I needed done and any future work that would require any attention in the future. This was all conveyed to me by text message with supporting photos. I called Crystal to indicate which repairs I wanted done. She indicated the total price of repairs over the phone and via email. The work did not commence until I replied indicating to proceed. They also had payments I could have used via emoney transfer. I didn't use that method as I was able to come in before their closing. It is a very handy option. Bravo, on a job well done. I have already made my appointment for having my winter tires installed and for a wheel alignment. I commend Kinetic on their customer service and their innovative approach. I am very satisfied.
What a fantastic team! The process from start to finish has been exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to identify the issue with my car quickly, and get me booked in for a follow-up to fix it! I also appreciate that you get your inspection report digitally, so I can go back and review it if I ever need to. Great service, great people, just an all around great experience. Highly recommend!

Erin and Mike at Kinetic went the extra mile! My car had issues on Friday, I had it towed to Kinetic and met with Erin. She's incredibly knowledgeable and isn't afraid to troubleshoot problems the good old fashioned way. They had me back on the road in no time! I'd highly recommend Kinetic if you're looking for the perfect mix of "small town, friendly & understanding vibe" alongside the "big city, quality repairs." That you'd expect! Not a single complaint from me! Five stars.

Great businesses working together! We were referred as we needed extensive work more than what the original place does. We just had our Sportage repaired with Kinetic Auto Service Ltd. Amazing customer service throughout the repair process! We appreciated the direct transparency their diagnostic of work needed, pricing via an online report including photos & follow up conversations. We would highly recommend them!
