Erin and Mike at Kinetic went the extra mile! My car had issues on Friday, I had it towed to Kinetic and met with Erin. She's incredibly knowledgeable and isn't afraid to troubleshoot problems the good old fashioned way. They had me back on the road in no time! I'd highly recommend Kinetic if you're looking for the perfect mix of "small town, friendly & understanding vibe" alongside the "big city, quality repairs." That you'd expect! Not a single complaint from me! Five stars.
Great people and great service!
Great businesses working together! We were referred as we needed extensive work more than what the original place does. We just had our Sportage repaired with Kinetic Auto Service Ltd. Amazing customer service throughout the repair process! We appreciated the direct transparency their diagnostic of work needed, pricing via an online report including photos & follow up conversations. We would highly recommend them! Added bonus (for 1st time customers) was a delicious cookie and complimentary coffee coupon from Asha-Rose Bakery and Coffeehouse along with a $50 voucher toward our next Kinetic service. Thank you again to Mike for his direct connection via texts, emails & calls where needed to keep us uptodate, any scheduling or parts changes; his strong patience, his time taken to answer our many questions & providing us direct advice & suggestions that we hadn't thought of or had heard of considering. We will now continue as customers for both our vehicles!! Thank you Mike along with team Kinetic for such a great first time experience with you! ❤️
Excellent customer service, work and communication!
Customer service and communication is always very good. There isn’t pressure associated with recommended service.
I've always had great experiences here. Starts off with providing a full detailed report of all findings and recommendations, and they do a great job of answering all questions to make sure you understand what they're doing. Help to prioritize multiple issues and sort through necessary vs delayable.
I was very pleased with the service.
Thank you for taking the time ot write this review, Duane! We're looking forward to helping you keep your Nissan Rogue safe and reliable for as long as you would like to drive it!
Mike tried to overcharge the hell out of me and claimed i needed work that most certainly didn’t need done, tried to say i needed 4 calipers replaced at once. scammers who don’t have any morals just want your money. don’t recommend. when i declined his service he tried to walk it back and say only 2 calipers needed to be replaced. quoted me 4.1k for 2.7k job absolute joke of “service” scam scam scam. don’t bring your car here (also charged me 700$ DOLLARS for an oil change and inspection)
Dayton, Your vehicle was booked in for three different things: air conditioning not working, brakes making noise and an oil change. We performed the services that were requested, at a cost that was less than what you approved. These services resulted in an oil change, as well as solutions for the concerns that you had. Your estimate originally included front brake pads and rotors (not front calipers), and rear calipers, brake pads and rotors. The reason the replacement of the rear calipers was “walked back” was because a senior technician was called over to take a look at the calipers later in the day. They determined that the calipers were ok. This technician wouldn’t have replaced the calipers if you had approved the repair, as that same technician would have performed the repair. We are not trying to scam anyone - there’s no way we would have been in business for 15 years if we were scamming people. Misunderstandings and mistakes happen. Perhaps a conversation clarifying the information would have been more productive for both of us, instead of you leaving a 1 star review 🤷🏻♀️ Our repairs are backed by a 3 year, 60,000 km warranty, ensuring that when people pay to have something done, it lasts. Yes, we charge more because we DO have morals and values - we’re not just going to quickly slap cheap parts on our clients vehicles. Cheap parts installed poorly last half as long, which means we would be charging them twice as much. Think about that - a $2700 job (your estimation of what the repairs “should” cost) done twice is $5400 instead of $4100 being done once.
