Erin started her automotive journey as an apprentice technician in 2006. She opened Kinetic Auto Service in 2011, after completing her training and becoming a Red Seal Journeyperson. Over the years her position in the company has changed from being a technician, a service advisor, the shop manager and the most coveted role, the "Gofer". These days you're not likely to find her in the shop, but rather working on Kinetic's business planning and marketing strategies. She believes in her team and feels lucky every day that Kinetic's clients are in great hands with her staff and managing partners.

Mike was hired in 2016 as a service advisor and has since climbed the ladder to Client Service Operations Manager and one of our managing partners. Mike obtained his Business Degree from the University of Regina and has worked in various management roles prior to joining the Kinetic Auto Service team. He enjoys helping our clients understand how to own a well maintained, reliable vehicle and loves building long term relationships with them. Mike’s communication skills are second to none and this skill is frequently mentioned in our many 5 star reviews.

Allie’s enthusiasm and drive to be an automotive service technician was obvious in 2019, when she repeatedly asked Erin for a job at Kinetic Auto Service. At the time, Kinetic didn’t have a position available for a just-out-of-school technician, however, there was no denying that Allie truly wanted to become the best technician she could be. Erin hired her and Allie has taken every opportunity to grow from a "green" apprentice into an excellent Red Seal Journeyperson technician, Shop Operations Manager and managing partner. 

Alex joined our team in 2025 and is one of the friendly voices you'll hear when you call or stop by Kinetic Auto Service. As a Service Advisor, Alex helps keep everything moving—working with our technicians, ordering parts, and most importantly, making sure our clients feel informed and looked after every step of the way. With a background in customer service and a genuine interest in how things work, Alex loves helping people understand what’s going on with their vehicle without all the confusing jargon. Clear, honest communication is a big part of how Alex helps deliver the kind of experience Kinetic is known for.

Trinity Joined our team at Kinetic Auto Service in 2024 as a 1st year apprentice. She was formerly a welder but had experienced poor working conditions in that trade, so she was excited to enter a new trade in a more supportive, inclusive team environment. Her previous work in the trades gave her a head start on automotive service, as she had already had some experience working with tools. As well, she is very ambitious and had already been performing service and repairs on her own vehicles. She is quickly making her way through her apprenticeship and will be entering into her third year in January of 2026.

Angelica joined the Kinetic Auto Service team in 2025, after finishing her one year Pre-Employment Automotive Service Technician course at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The program requires students to complete a work placement at a local shop and we were lucky that MANY other shop owners turned down the opportunity to have Angelica "intern" with them. Finding employment as a "green" technician in this industry is VERY challenging, and being a female makes it almost impossible. At Kinetic we undertand the value in being inclusive when "raising" great technicians, and we KNOW Angelica is going to be one of the best!
