Erin started her automotive journey as an apprentice technician in 2006. She opened Kinetic Auto Service in 2011, after completing her training and becoming a Red Seal Journeyperson. Over the years her position in the company has changed from being a technician, a service advisor, the shop manager and the most coveted role, the "Gofer". These days you're not likely to find her in the shop, but rather meeting with business owners and Regina Chamber Of Commerce board members, to discuss how to improve our local small business community. She can also be found at local coffee shops (and maybe a local pub), working on Kinetic's business planning and marketing strategies. She believes in her team and feels lucky every day that Kinetic's clients are in great hands with her staff and managing partners.

Mike was hired in 2016 as a service advisor and has since climbed the ladder to Manager and one of our managing partners. Mike obtained his Business Degree from the University of Regina and has worked in various management roles prior to joining the Kinetic team. He enjoys helping ourf clients understand how to own a well maintained, reliable vehicle and loves building long term relationships with them. Mike’s communication skills are second to none and this skill is frequently mentioned in our many 5 star reviews.

Allie’s enthusiasm and drive to be an automotive service technician was obvious in 2019, when she repeatedly asked Erin for a job at Kinetic. At the time, Kinetic didn’t have a position available for a just-out-of-school technician, however, there was no denying that Allie truly wanted to become the best technician she could be. Erin hired her and Allie has taken every opportunity to grow from a "green" apprentice into an excellent Red Seal Journeyperson technician and managing partner. 

Dave has been working, casually, at Kinetic since 2017, and joined our team full time in October 2021. Dave is a man of many talents; he can be found under a vehicle performing a maintenance service, changing tires, advising clients on maintenance and repairs on their vehicles or ensuring the workflow of the shop is efficient.
